CICone App - Gateway to Dealers, Intermediaries and your End Customers

Our CICone App has been programmed for both B2B and B2C. The App can function as a stand-alone module. It does not necessarily have to be connected to the core system, yet it can be easily linked to existing systems via the respective interfaces.

Ideally our app acts as a complimentary product. It can be implemented into your own CICone ERP solution forming a homogeneous structure. An example of this could be the calculation kernel.

The app can also be operated without an ERP system. All data is available in the editor and can be exported via Excel.

The Video for the B2C App...

highlights the possibilities of the app within the B2C Self-services field. The consumer downloads the app from the App-Store and receives the dealers branding at the same time.

This leads simultaneously to the selected vehicle and calculation within the frame of legitimacy. The seller only has to sign the contract documents and initiate the follow-up processes e. g. credit check.

B2C Self-service at the Car Dealership

  • The consumer craves for a new car
  • Cash payment is not possible at this time. Therefore, the consumer downloads the app and calculates his desired car at the dealership
  • The contract is signed at the dealership. He is pleased and looks forward to his new car

 

The Video for the APP B2C Voucher...

allows the consumer to calmly configure and calculate their desired car with the click of a button sitting at home on the couch - even on Sunday.


In doing so, he can use a 'three-level' voucher, with which he can prove his identity and creditworthiness at the car dealership. As a result, the salesman is relieved and can take care of other sales activties.

The voucher can be tied to the brand or car dealership.

 

The three-levels could be:

  • Level 1 –  The consumer enters their data and gives consent to a faster credit check
  • Level 2 –  The consumer allows for a digital account statement to be initiated, whereby an advanced credit check has already occured simultaneously
  • Level 3 –  The customer has identified and legitimised himself through the App

B2C Voucher

  • The consumer reads a brochure from a car dealership/ bank on a Sunday
  • The consumer downloads the App from the respective App-Store to carry out a concrete calculation for the desired car
  • The consumer gives his consent to the digital account view declaration
  • The consumer legitimses himself
  • The credit check is initiated and then the digital voucher is received
  • On Monday the consumer goes to the car dealership to pick up his new car
